With today’s official start of autumn comes cooler weather and even cooler coats. Take this snakeskin print mac from Helene Berman: it’s smart and grown-up, but can be made light-hearted and accessible in an instant with a shameless injection of colour.

Here I’ve chosen to pump up the fun with my latest United Nude Eamz heels. I’ve collected a fair few pairs of this iconic collection over the last decade or so, and whilst the fit’s got slightly slimmer during this time (and I take 41 the largest size, so I’m hoping United Nude don’t slim them down any further!), the immediate wow factor remains. I’ve worn my Ooh La La slogan jumper from Next just to emphasise the point!
